Design
Free design through an accredited engineering office: pick from our designs or have one made for your budget and layout, with 3D façades.

The permit
We prepare the architectural, structural and services drawings, and obtain the building and signage permits from the municipality, free of charge.

Structure and plaster
Excavation, backfill, concrete and blockwork, first fixes for power, drainage and air-conditioning, tank bases, then internal plaster.
4
Finishing and handover
Interior and exterior finishing to detailed shop drawings, supervised and followed through to handover.
